Empower Your Team with Manager Access and Tools
The Manager Section allows you to grant app access to your staff members who are responsible for scanning customer cards and assisting with daily loyalty operations. By creating individual logins for each manager or employee, you’ll gain visibility into their performance—including how many scans or transactions they handle—and use this data to encourage healthy competition and reward top performers.
Adding a Manager
Add Manager
Click the Add Manager button.
Enter the staff member’s name, email, and password, then save.
Assign Roles
To configure access levels, edit the newly created manager, scroll down, and select the appropriate User Role.
Roles can include read-only rights, the ability to scan or redeem cards, or full administrative privileges—depending on your preferences.
Note: The number of managers you can add varies based on the subscription plan you’ve chosen. Make sure to review your plan’s limits when assigning additional users.
For Google (Android) Devices:
Press the Scanner App link https://ai.boostconnect.co.uk/scanner-app/en-GB/login provided in this section or copy it into your browser.
Once the page loads, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser.
Select "Add to Home screen" from the dropdown menu.
Confirm by tapping "Add", and the Scanner App will be installed on the home screen, ready for quick access.
For Apple (iOS) Devices:
Press the Scanner App link https://ai.boostconnect.co.uk/scanner-app/en-GB/login provided in this section or copy it into your Safari browser.
Once the page loads, tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen (a square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."
Tap "Add" in the top-right corner, and the Scanner App will be installed on the home screen as a PWA for easy access.
By following these steps, your managers will have the Scanner App readily available on their devices, ensuring they can efficiently assist customers and manage loyalty card scans directly from their mobile home screens. This section provides all the tools you need to empower your team and optimize customer service.
